Da Vinci Engineering GmbH in Germany seeks a dynamic Mechatronics Project Manager to lead design reviews, coordinate with Purchasing and Industrial teams, and deliver robust designs on time.

You will represent R&D Mechatronics to customers, drive strategic problem solving, mentor the team, and help with budgeting and resource planning, while balancing technical and business objectives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a team in R&D or manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent German and English language proficiency.
• Proven stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design reviews and interface with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Industrial).
• Represent R&D Mechatronics to customers and translate requests into internal goals.
• Balance technical excellence with business pragmatism and on-time delivery.
• Mentor and motivate team members, track progress, and escalate issues when needed.

Beyond just assigning tasks, the PTM focuses on motivating the team, tracking progress with a supportive attitude, and implementing "back-on-track" plans through collaborative problem-solving rather than just oversight
