• Experience in preparing for and supporting certifications and audits.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work approach.
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor at all levels.
• Willingness to travel nationwide on business.
• Class B driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and further develop management systems in line with DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Prepare, conduct, and oversee certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and standards-based requirements.
• Support all branches and sites nationwide on quality, environment, and safety issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and internal audits.
• Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and management documentation.
• Monitor and improve internal standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyse deviations and initiate corrective/improvement actions.
• Prepare reports, KPIs, and management reviews for senior management.
• Serve as contact for government agencies, customers, certification bodies, and auditors.
• Organise and deliver training sessions and awareness initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with management, safety officer, and project managers.

To further develop our management systems, we are looking for a dedicated Quality Management Representative (QMR) / IMS Representative (m/f/d) who will serve as the central point of contact between management, the Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa), branch offices, and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and Further Development of Management Systems in Accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Responsibility for preparing, conducting, and overseeing certification, surveillance, and recertification audits
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and standards-based requirements
• Providing support to all branches and construction sites nationwide on issues related to quality, the environment, and occupational safety
• Conducting regular site inspections and internal audits
• Development, maintenance, and optimization of processes, standard operating procedures, and management documentation
• Monitoring and further development of internal standards, regulations, and company policies
• Analysis of deviations, as well as initiation and tracking of corrective and improvement actions
• Preparation of reports, key performance indicators, and management reviews for senior management
• Point of contact for government agencies, customers, certification bodies, and external auditors
• Organization and implementation of training sessions and awareness-raising initiatives
• Close collaboration with management, the safety officer, and the project and construction managers

Qualifications

• A successfully completed technical or business apprenticeship or a relevant degree program
• Training to become a Quality Management Representative (QMR) or a comparable qualification is a plus
• Several years of experience in quality management or integrated management systems
• Good knowledge of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
• Experience in preparing for and supporting certifications and audits
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
