Job summary

NH Technology GmbH is seeking a Technical Quality Manager (m/f/d) in a full-time capacity near Willich to advance the quality management system. You will work with an experienced quality manager, gradually taking on responsibilities and preparing for leadership in quality management.

You will analyze customer complaints, develop the QM system further, support audits, and report QM KPIs to management as part of your career development path.

You will work closely with our experienced quality manager and gain comprehensive knowledge of the various areas of our quality management system. Step by step, you will take on your own tasks and responsibilities, further developing your professional and organizational skills.

This position offers you a long-term development perspective: the aim is to systematically prepare you for later taking over responsibility for our quality management.

As a Quality Manager, you will actively contribute to ensuring and continuously improving our quality standards. During your onboarding, you will gain practical experience in the various areas of our quality management system and gradually assume independent responsibility. This will allow you to grow steadily into your future leadership role in quality management.

Your profile

• Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
