RECARO Aircraft Seating in Germany is seeking a Quality Inspector (m/w/d) to perform initial sampling and incoming inspections of assemblies and components produced with various materials and processes. The role includes handling complaints, supporting audits, and contributing to customer projects with documentation and sourcing investigations.

You will apply and monitor QA processes, share expertise with suppliers, and help resolve quality issues on-site.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training with QA specialization.
• Extensive QA experience and technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with fiber-reinforced materials and composites.
• Strong English; German knowledge desirable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial sampling and incoming inspection of assemblies and components using various processes.
• Process complaints according to defined procedures and manage the restricted-access warehouse.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Participate in customer projects, including sourcing investigations and documentation.
• Apply, monitor, and update quality assurance processes.
• Share knowledge with suppliers and communicate and implement work instructions.
• Provide on-site support to analyze and permanently resolve quality issues.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical training with additional training as a quality assurance specialist (m/w/d)
• Extensive experience and strong technical expertise in quality assurance
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Experience with fiber-reinforced materials, carbon fiber, and composite components
• Proficiency in MS365 and SAP
• Flexibility regarding work hours and location, as well as willingness to work shifts
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Very good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of German is desirable
• Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001, 9100, 14001, and 9102 standards is desirable
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and meticulously, as well as flexibility
• Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
