Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating GmbH & Co. KG in Germany seeks a dedicated quality assurance specialist to lead inspection and process control across assemblies and materials. You will ensure compliance with QA procedures and support audits, both internal and external.

You will collaborate with suppliers, implement work instructions, and resolve quality issues on-site. Travel is frequent and shifts may apply; you bring strong analytical thinking, English proficiency, and a disciplined, independent work

Qualifications

• Completed technical training with additional training as a quality assurance specialist.
• Extensive experience and strong technical expertise in quality assurance.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with fiber-reinforced materials, carbon fiber, and composite components.
• Proficiency in MS365 and SAP.
• Flexibility regarding work hours and location, as well as willingness to work shifts.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of German is desirable.
• Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 9001, 9100, 14001, and 9102 standards is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and meticulously, as well as flexibility.
• Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing complaints in accordance with defined procedures and managing the restricted-access warehouse
• Assisting with internal and external audits
