Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating GmbH & Co. KG in Austria is seeking a Quality Assurance specialist to conduct initial sampling and incoming inspection of assemblies and components produced with various processes and materials.

You will support audits, supplier communications, and documentation, implement QA processes, and work with cross-functional teams on corrective actions. Frequent travel and shifts may be required; English proficiency is essential, German knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Completed technical training with additional training as a quality assurance specialist (m/w/d).
• Extensive experience and strong technical expertise in quality assurance.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Experience with fiber-reinforced materials, carbon fiber, and composite components.
• Proficiency in MS365 and SAP.
• Flexibility regarding work hours and location, as well as willingness to work shifts.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of German is desirable.
• Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001, 9100, 14001, and 9102 standards is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and meticulously, as well as flexibility.
• Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
