Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) in Germany is seeking Quality Engineers to join our on-site teams supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany. Locations include Bremen, Fuhlsbüttel, Finkenwerder, Donauwörth and other sites across the country.

We offer a competitive salary of 60,000 – 75,000 € and relocation support, accommodation assistance, German language training and a permanent German contract.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Process improvement.
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – is a plus.
• Citizenship of a European country.

Aufgaben

• Understand business processes and technical architecture.
• Develop Line Balancing solutions.
• Design and maintain end-to-end test strategies for complex software solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and performance optimization.
• Write high-quality tests (unit tests and E2E tests) following best practices.
• Monitor quality metrics, including MTTR and web application performance.
• Train, mentor and challenge developers on quality best practices.
