Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) seeks Safety Engineers to join on-site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus. Locations include Manching and Donauwörth. A permanent German contract is offered with relocation assistance and language training.

Responsibilities include safety, security and reliability analyses for military helicopter systems, system integration, risk mitigation, and airworthiness support. English proficiency (B2/C1) is mandatory; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Design.
• Hands-on experience in aerospace safety analyses and risk assessment.
• English proficiency B2/C1 mandatory.
• German B1/B2 is a plus.
• European citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Perform Safety, Security & Reliability analyses for aerospace helicopter systems.
• Support system integration and risk mitigation (fire, damage, bird strike).
• Contribute to system design and architecture for new developments.
• Develop operational safety recommendations and flight manual updates.
• Review supplier designs for safety and reliability compliance.
• Support airworthiness, certification and regulatory approvals.

What You Will Do

• Perform Safety, Security & Reliability analyses for military helicopter systems.

What We’re Looking For

• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
