Zusammenfassung

Midas Pharma GmbH is seeking a part-time IT/LIMS specialist (20 hours per week) to support GMP-compliant LIMS management in QC. The role includes maintaining LabVantage, ensuring data integrity, and training staff, while collaborating with QC, IT, and QA to advance a paperless laboratory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Life Sciences or related field, 3+ years GMP experience, and fluent German and English. OpenLab/LabX experience is a plus; on-site in Germany preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Systems, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
• Experience working with LIMS and laboratory computer systems, ideally with LabVantage.
• Experience with laboratory software platforms (e.g., OpenLab, LabX) preferred.
• Fluent in German and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and program system master data, workflows, and configurations in LabVantage LIMS.
• Maintain laboratory instrument computer systems.
• Serve as point of contact within Quality Control for the IT department regarding system updates and the introduction of new systems.
• Serve as point of contact within Quality Control for Quality Assurance regarding CSV activities, and actively participate in these activities.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with GMP requirements (21 CFR Part 11 / EU-GMP Annex 11).
• First point of contact for laboratory staff on LIMS-related issues.
• Train laboratory staff on new LIMS processes.
• Further develop the paperless laboratory together with QC, IT, and QA.
• Participate in inspections and audits as system representative.
