The Cumming Group is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across data centre construction projects. You will implement QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, and ensure documentation and compliance align with CSA, MEP systems, and project requirements.

You will collaborate with contractors, designers, and commissioning teams, manage NCRs, support handover activities, and provide regular quality reporting and risk updates.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in construction quality management on large-scale projects.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or complex building environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview

Responsible for ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the delivery of data centre construction projects. The role oversees inspections, compliance, documentation, and quality processes to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements, industry standards, and best practice.
