Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating the delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience delivering construction projects.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Experience managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and project risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage project activities across design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, and project risks.
• Support site inspections, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Support commissioning activities and successful handover to operations.

Role Overview

Working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager supports projects through construction, commissioning, and handover.
