Zusammenfassung

ROA Talent is seeking a site-based role to support the Project Quality Manager and project team across the full quality lifecycle, ensuring works are planned, inspected, verified and documented to the required standard.

You’ll be involved in coordinating inspections, benchmarks, quality sign-offs and hold points, tracking NCRs, observations and quality issues, and supporting corrective actions and root cause investigations on data centre or mission-critical projects in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with ITPs, inspections, NCRs, quality documentation, compliance and traceability.

This is a site-based role supporting the Project Quality Manager and wider project team across the full quality lifecycle, helping ensure works are planned, inspected, verified and documented to the required standard.

You’ll be involved in:

• Supporting Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Coordinating inspections, benchmarks, quality sign-offs and hold points
• Tracking and closing out NCRs, observations and quality issues
• Supporting corrective actions and root cause investigations
• Managing quality records, test reports, certificates and traceability documentation
• Supporting quality reporting, KPIs and continuous improvement
• Working closely with construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Supporting commissioning readiness, turnover and final handover

We’re looking for someone with strong construction QA/QC experience, ideally gained on data centre or mission-critical projects.

Experience with ITPs, inspections, NCRs, quality documentation, compliance and traceability is important, while familiarity with platforms such as ACC, Procore or similar would be beneficial.

A background in construction, engineering or quality management is preferred, although strong relevant industry experience will also be considered.
