Responsibilities

• Work with software developers and project support teams to understand the scope of projects
• Plan projects and monitor applications & software systems
• Carry out user testing, performance testing, functional testing and scalability testing
• Test in different environments including web and mobile and run manual and automated tests
• Report bugs and errors and write bug reports to development teams
• Carry out resource planning and review documentation
• Provide quality assurance and objective feedback to software development project teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Design tests to mitigate risk
• Document analysis
