Zusammenfassung

Aether Biomedical is looking for an experienced Manual Tester to support the quality assurance process within the development team. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and practical knowledge of modern QA tools and AI-assisted testing approaches.

You will prepare and execute test cases, perform functional, regression, and API testing, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams to improve product quality.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in manual software testing.
• Good knowledge of SQL (writing queries, data validation, database analysis)
• Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, etc.
• Practical experience with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate or equivalent knowledge
• Experience working with Git
• Ability to analyze logs, requests, and responses
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• English level allowing daily work with technical documentation and international teams
• Practical use of AI tools in the testing process (e.g. test case generation, exploratory testing support, analysis, documentation, debugging support)
• Nice to have Basic knowledge of test automation
• Experience with CI/CD environments
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience working closely with developers and product teams

• Preparing, maintaining, and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Performing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Testing REST APIs and validating backend data
• Reporting, investigating, and tracking defects
• Analyzing test results and preparing QA documentation
• Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and other QA engineers
• Participating in sprint ceremonies, team meetings, and technical discussions
• Supporting quality improvements across the software development lifecycle
• Using AI tools to improve testing efficiency and test coverage
