Talon.One ищет QA Automation Engineer для развития автономного набора тестов и поддержки высокого качества веб-приложений. Вы будете экспертом по продукту и критически подходить к тестированию на всех этапах разработки.

Требуется опыт 3–6+ лет, знание REST/GraphQL API и Cypress для энд-ту-энд тестирования. Гибкий график, командная работа и возможности обучения. Офис в Берлине, удаленная работа частично по договорённости.

Responsibilities

• Стать экспертом по Talon.One и своей областью команды.

• Задавать тестовую стратегию и вовлекать функции на старте разработки.
• Обеспечить согласованность дизайна и поведения, полное тестовое покрытие.
• Определить и реализовать end-to-end тестовые сценарии в Cypress.
• Помогать младшим инженерам по качеству и давать обратную связь.
• Участвовать в менторских программах и внедрении новых сотрудников.

Talon.One provides an incentives engine that unifies loyalty, promotions, and gamification in one platform. The platform helps companies build personalized promotions and loyalty programs using their data, with enterprise-grade security and scalability.

Задачи

• Become an expert in the Talon.One product and the area owned by the team
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering functions to ensure consistently high-quality features
• Set the test strategy and engage critically with all functions from the outset of each feature
• Ensure design and behavioral consistency between features and strong, efficient test coverage at every level
• Determine which test scenarios belong in the end-to-end automated test suite and implement them using Cypress
• Help junior Quality Engineers, provide timely feedback, and guide them to success
• Contribute to mentorship programs and onboarding new joiners

Требования

• Communicate effectively and clearly in English and precisely describe complex interactions
• Architect a strong test strategy
• Have a strong track record of advocating for quality throughout the development process
• Have 3-6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL
