Zusammenfassung

OHB SE is seeking a Propulsion Systems engineer (EP focus) to contribute to the development of new space projects in the realization phase. You will integrate with the satellite team to coordinate propulsion requirements and interfaces within the satellite platform and with the subcontractor.

The role involves technical management of procurement activities for propulsion equipment, performing sizing analyses, and developing verification philosophies for subsystem testing.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in aerospace engineering, physics or comparable qualification.
• Experience in EP propulsion within the space industry preferred.
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• English fluent; German language skills advantageous.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering.
• Testing experience advantageous.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace engineering, physics or comparable qualification
• Ideally, some years of professional experience in space industry in the EP propulsion domain
• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
• Accustomed to work in teams with well-developed communication skills
• Test experience would be of advantage
• Experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Engineering
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German language skills are advantageous
