Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and manage proposal, bid, pre-qualification, and EOI processes.
• Review tender documents, client requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
• Coordinate input from technical, commercial, engineering, medical planning, finance, legal, business development, and executive teams.
• Structure, edit, and consolidate content into clear, professional, and client-focused proposals.
• Manage proposal timelines, submission checklists, clarification questions, document control, version management, internal review cycles, and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain and continuously improve company content, project references, templates, proposal libraries, and internal proposal management standards.

We are looking for: Proposal Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage proposal, bid, pre-qualification, and expression-of-interest processes
• Review tender documents, client requirements, evaluation criteria, submission instructions, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate input from technical, commercial, engineering, medical planning, finance, legal, business development, and executive teams
• Structure, edit, and consolidate content into clear, professional, and client-focused proposals
• Manage proposal timelines, submission checklists, clarification questions, document control, version management, internal review cycles, and ensure timely submission
• Maintain and continuously improve company content, project references, templates, proposal libraries, and internal proposal management standards

Candidate Profile

• Experience in proposal management, bid coordination, tender management, business development support, project documentation, or a comparable function
• Ability to manage complex input from different departments and translate it into structured and professional proposal content
• Strong coordination, writing, editing, proofreading, and document management skills
• Experience in healthcare, infrastructure, construction, engineering, medical equipment, or international project environments is an advantage
• Structured, reliable, proactive, and able to manage several proposals and deadlines simultaneously
• Fluent English in written and spoken form; German or other international languages are beneficial
