Legal Entity: Fsas Technologies GmbH

We would like to fill the position as soon as possible.

As a Senior Bid Manager, you are the central coordination point for the most important and complex tenders and bid creation processes. You are responsible for managing the entire bid cycle from end to end, ensuring that all elements from sales, pre-sales, legal, and finance are brought together to create a compelling and differentiated offer.

Your main task is to drive the bidding process, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate a diverse team of specialists and departments across Europe to produce high-quality bids for advanced technology solutions.

This is a key role for a professional who enjoys structuring complex processes and thrives on acting as a trusted advisor. You will manage multiple tenders simultaneously, ranging from medium-sized projects to large-scale, multi-million euro projects, whether from the public sector or private companies. Furthermore, you will identify commercial risks and strategic opportunities within bidding processes. Through your work, you enable the sales organization to win strategic contracts and directly contribute to FSAS's growth as a leading solution provider.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the entire bid cycle for complex technology solutions, from initial qualification to final submission and contract award.
  • Functioning as a central point of contact for sales, pre-sales, finance, legal, and other stakeholders across Europe to ensure alignment, progress, and quality throughout the bidding process.
  • Creation and management of bid plans, timelines, and approval processes using tools such as Asana and Salesforce.
  • Contribution to bid strategies, commercial positioning, and the development of differentiated value propositions in complex bidding processes.
  • Analysis of tender documents and identification of commercial, legal, and operational risks, providing clear recommendations to management and sales teams.
  • Ensuring the creation of high-quality bids that meet customer requirements, tender guidelines, and internal quality standards.
  • Simultaneous management of multiple tenders in the German market (public clients as well as private sector companies).
Your Position Within The Company

As a Senior Bid Manager, you will be part of the European Bid Management Team. You will report directly to the Head of the German Bid Management Team and work closely with country management and sales centers in Germany. The German Bid Management Team consists of 8 specialists working at various locations across Germany.

What You Bring
  • Several years of professional experience in Bid Management, ideally 5 to 10 years in the context of complex tenders and bidding processes.
  • Experience in managing public tenders as well as commercial bidding processes in the private sector.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders and management levels.
  • Experience with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or comparable applications.
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify risks and opportunities early on and derive appropriate recommendations for action.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
What We Offer You
  • A dynamic and inspiring working environment at a leading technology company.
  • Exciting and challenging tasks.
  • Attractive compensation package including variable performance-based components.
  • Flexible working models (Hybrid).
  • Individual training and development opportunities.
  • A dynamic, innovation-driven environment with short decision-making paths.
