Zusammenfassung

ConSol Partners in Berlin is seeking a Bid Manager or Proposal Manager (m/f/d) with experience in rail and/or road projects. You will independently manage and coordinate proposals in surveying for rail and/or road construction projects, and perform tender analysis including assessment of opportunities and risks.

Develop and align bid strategies with business unit management, sales management, and team leads; contribute to bid calculations with technical specialists; and communicate with clients,

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as geomatics technician, surveying technician, or degree in geodesy/surveying/civil engineering or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in bid management or project management in rail/road infrastructure
• Confident handling of tender platforms, procurement documents, and VOB regulations
• Structured and independent working style, with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, technical understanding, and initiative

• Independent management and coordination of proposals in the field of surveying for rail and/or road construction projects
• Analysis and evaluation of tender documents (especially from public clients), including assessment of opportunities and risks
• Development and alignment of bid strategies with business unit management, sales management, and the respective team leads
• Bid calculation in collaboration with technical specialists
• Communication with clients, partners, and subcontractors
• Support during contract negotiations and bid presentations
• Occasional support of operational project management during project execution

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a geomatics technician, surveying technician, or a degree in geodesy, surveying, civil engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in bid management or project management in the rail and/or road infrastructure sector
• Confident handling of tender platforms, procurement documents, and VOB regulations
• Structured and independent working style, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, technical understanding, and a high degree of initiative
