Job summary

Nordex SE in Hamburg seeks an experienced BoP Manager to lead site management, erection, and civil works for concrete towers in wind energy projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-site coordination while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, 5+ years in construction PM, and fluency in German and English, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of wind energy construction processes, standards and regulations.
• Experience in budget management, project planning, resource coordination, cost control and risk management.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements in Civil Works and Site Readiness.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials across multiple project sites.

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Do you want to take an active role in changing wind energy infrastructure?
