Arc Interior is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee our Berlin-based interior projects from signed offer through installation and handover. You will coordinate clients, suppliers, logistics and external partners while ensuring timelines and decisions stay on track.

You will work closely with founders and external specialists, maintaining order, high quality standards and structured project information. Fluent German and strong English are essential.

This role sits at the center of how Arc Interior delivers projects. You will keep projects moving, connect the people involved and make sure every detail is aligned from planning through installation.
