Arc Interior is seeking a systems-minded operator to build the behind-the-scenes operating system that powers its growth in Berlin. You will improve workflows, connect tools and data, and create infrastructure that scales without adding complexity.

This role focuses on how Arc Interior operates behind the scenes across CRM, project management, inventory, reporting and internal workflows to deliver simpler, faster processes and measurable outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Strong process and systems thinking.
• Experience with Notion, CRM systems and automation platforms.
• Practical understanding of AI tools and workflows.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting.
• Ability to simplify complex processes.
• Independent and highly structured way of working.
• Strong English; German is a plus.
• Experience in a growing small business or startup is a plus.
