Orbital Critical Systems is seeking a PMO Manager to join our on-site teams in Germany, including Manching. The role focuses on Combat Air programmes with relocation and accommodation support, German language training, and a permanent German contract.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a related field (Aerospace/Systems Engineering or Business Informatics).
• Strong knowledge of PMO, risk management, scheduling, reporting, stakeholder management, and change control.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and German (C1) are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter).
• Lead risk analysis, mitigation plans, and track opportunities across the lifecycle.
• Plan and schedule, perform schedule risk assessments, and run Monte Carlo simulations.
• Monitor project performance, deliver KPIs, reporting, and decision-support data.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, governance, and maturity gate reviews.
• Oversee scope, cost and change control, integrating requirements and resources.

What you will do:

• Programme & Project Management: PMO support for complex Combat Air programmes (e.g., Eurofighter).
