Your mission

At The Storytelling Company (TSC), we design and deliver immersive, story-driven experiences that bring together brand, culture, and technology. Our work lives at the intersection of digital and physical - combining creative concepting with architecture, AV/IT systems, fabrication, and live environments.
We partner with leading international brands to create high-impact experiences that connect people to stories in meaningful and memorable ways.
At TSC, we work in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where initiative and clear communication are key. You'll work closely with colleagues across disciplines and contribute to shaping not just projects, but how we work together as a team.
As a Project Manager, you own the successful delivery of immersive spatial installations - helping guide projects from concept through design, build, installation, and handover. You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, maintain project structure, and ensure information, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
You work closely with Creative, Technical, Construction, and Delivery teams to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, and help keep projects moving forward safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
At TSC, project delivery is rarely linear. Scope evolves, disciplines overlap, and decisions are made in motion. Your focus is to bring clarity and structure within this environment. You help keep teams aligned, facilitate smooth dependencies, and maintain momentum as projects develop. You will own the process from start to finish.
This role requires an understanding of physical build environments, where architecture, construction, fabrication, and AV/IT integration come together to create immersive experiences.

  • Track changes in scope and ensure decisions are clearly documented and communicated.
  • Support quality assurance throughout project delivery and help ensure work meets TSC standards and client expectations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and delivery practices.

About us

The Storytelling Company is more than 180 people across Amsterdam, Zwaag, Berlin, Munich, and Charlotte.

We bring strategy, design, and technology together into experiences people can walk into, for global clients wherever they and their audiences are. A brand's experience center. A maritime simulator, accurate down to the last real parameter. An opera, an exhibition, a pop-up that wasn't there yesterday. Original worlds made to travel from one city to the next. Different scales, different briefs, one question underneath each of them: what does it feel like when this truly lands?

We work in close partnership with our clients and treat every project with the same care, for the people it reaches, the brands behind it, and the world around it. From the first idea to the last farewell note.

If any of that sounds like your kind of place, we'd like to meet you.
