TRISON is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead AV integration projects, acting as the trusted partner for key clients to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction. You will coordinate internal teams, suppliers and installers, translating client needs into actionable plans and delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Project Management, Account Management, or a combination of both within the AV, technical integration or technology industry.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, installers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of audiovisual systems, integration projects or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term relationships.

• Coordinate project logistics, installation partners, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, timelines and milestones, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Manage incidents, requests and project changes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, project proposals and documentation using company tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades or future projects within existing accounts.
• Support business growth by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring a high level of service.
• Ensure quality standards, project profitability and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
