What will be your mission?

Manage audiovisual integration projects while acting as a trusted partner for key clients, ensuring successful project delivery, long‑term customer satisfaction, and the identification of new business opportunities within existing accounts.

What will you do?

• Manage and coordinate AV integration projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long‑term relationships.
• Understand client needs and requirements, ensuring they are properly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project logistics, installation partners, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Manage incidents, requests and project changes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, project proposals and documentation using company tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades or future projects within existing customer accounts.
• Support business growth by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring a high level of service.
• Ensure quality standards, project profitability and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
