Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Germany to plan, manage, and monitor delivery of complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning business and technology goals.

You will drive end-to-end project lifecycles, promote AI-driven approaches, manage risks, and ensure clear documentation across multiple stakeholders in enterprise environments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional or transformation initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects.
• Understanding of modern technologies, integrations, and automation approaches.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities; awareness of AI in workflows.
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation programs is a plus.
• Experience implementing automation or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
• PMI/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.

• Plan, manage, and monitor project execution to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle management using delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams.

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Promote and support AI-driven approaches within project delivery and workflows.
• Perform risk analysis and proactively manage delivery risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure transparent communication and structured project documentation.
• Coordinate and support delivery teams, including onboarding and professional growth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and PM practices.
