Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Management professional to bridge business, technology and stakeholders. You will support backlog management, track deliveries and drive continuous product improvement to create business value and enhance user experience.

You will participate in agile ceremonies, elicit and document requirements, and help shape the product roadmap while monitoring capacity and budgets across squads.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience managing a backlog and writing user stories.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
• Basic understanding of requirements elicitation and functional documentation.
• Hands-on experience applying agile practices in real projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a bridge between business, technology and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between product needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
• Responsible for supporting backlog management, tracking deliveries and driving continuous product improvement to generate business value and enhance the user experience.
• Be accountable for the deliverables from agile ceremonies.
• Ensure that deliverables are properly evidenced and documented.
• Monitor squad capacity and budget.
• Support the definition and prioritization of the product backlog.
• Elicit, detail and document functional requirements and business rules.
• Work closely with business areas to understand requests and needs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, review and retrospective.
• Track the development of deliverables together with the technical team.
• Ensure clarity of requirements for the development team.
• Assist in defining the product roadmap and its evolution.
• Monitor metrics and results related to delivered features.
• Support user acceptance testing and validation of features.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and products.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and involved teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience managing a backlog and writing user stories.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
• Basic understanding of requirements elicitation and functional documentation.
• Basic knowledge of digital products and software development processes.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Familiarity with at least one AI tool (candidate may choose which).
• Hands‑on experience working with agile methodologies (beyond theoretical knowledge; must have practical experience).
