Our international team, with strong presence in Munich and Hamburg, specializes in interior retrofit projects, ranging from halon fire extinguisher replacements to full cabin tube strips. For our Commercial Modifications Europe team in Hamburg, Germany, we are looking for you as a Project Manager (Senior or Experienced Level) (m/f/d).
The role is based in Hamburg within the Boeing Global Services Programme Management team, which is based across Hamburg, Frimley (UK), Dublin (Ireland) and Istanbul (Türkiye). The team is responsible for managing aircraft modification projects based on an EASA certification pathway that relies on the Boeing Ireland Limited DOA. These projects will focus on the planning, coordination and execution of modification Programmes delivered under a BGS scope of work, with certification achieved through an EASA pathway. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across different Business Units, Engineering, Airworthiness, Certification, Supply Chain and Customer teams to ensure successful delivery of technical, schedule, quality and commercial requirements. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority. Previous experience in aircraft modification, integration or certification projects would be a distinct advantage, and the role would suit applicants with Project Management or Project Lead Engineer backgrounds in aerospace environments, MRO organizations or certification-led modification Programmes.
