Project Management Institute, Inc. sucht eine fachkundige Kraft im technischen Umfeld zur Planung, Kontrolle und Dokumentation von Bauprozessen. Sie leiten Techniker und Monteure, planen Personal- und Materialbedarf und berichten fortlaufend über Chancen und Risiken im Projekt.

Sie bringen eine technische Ausbildung oder Meisterprüfung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung und solide Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement, ERP-Systemen und MS Office mit.

Qualifications

• Analytisches Denken, kommerzielles Verständnis und Serviceorientierung sind gefordert.
• Erfahrung im Technikum/technischem Umfeld (mind. 2 Jahre).
• Vertrautheit mit Projektmanagement und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office.
• Idealerweise Führungsverantwortung in vergleichbarer Position.
• Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Empathie.
• Guter Umgang mit Zahlen und Kundenorientierung.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Bauprozessen.
• Identifizierung von Kostenoptimierungspotenzialen bei Subunternehmern und Materialien.
• Erstellung eines termingerechten, kostenoptimierten Projektplans und regelmäßiges Reporting zu Chancen und Risiken.
• Technische Leitung von Bauleitern und Monteuren sowie Bedarf an Personal und Material.

What you can expect from us

Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring construction processes

Identification of additional cost optimization potential for subcontractor services and materials

Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimized project schedule and ensuring comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at all times

Technical management of site managers and fitters (m/f/d) as well as ongoing personnel and material requirements planning

Ensuring and carrying out defect-free acceptance by the client, expert or in the case of further official acceptance procedures

What characterizes you

Training in a technical field with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, alternatively a degree with a technical focus

At least 2 years of specialist professional experience in a technical environment

Knowledge of project management and confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office

Ideally management experience in a comparable position

Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation

Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
