Frerk Aggregatebau GmbH in Deutschland sucht eine erfahrene Projektmanager/in für Anlagenbau. Von der Konzeptentwicklung bis zur Abnahme verantworten Sie Projekte im Bereich Maschinen- und Kraftwerksbau, koordinieren Fachabteilungen und externe Partner und sichern Kosten, Termine und Qualität.

Sie bringen ein technisches oder wirtschaftliches Studium bzw. eine Technikerqualifikation mit, mehrere Jahre Projekterfahrung, und Reisebereitschaft mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement.
• Kenntnisse im Anlagenbau vorteilhaft.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end Projektmanagement von Konzept bis Abnahme.
• Koordination interner Abteilungen und externer Partner.
• Projektcontrolling: Termine, Budget, Qualität.

Your responsibilities – from project concept to successful plant handover

• End-to-end project management: You will be responsible for managing our plant projects from initial concept and technical specifications through to commissioning and handover to the customer.
• Coordination and communication: You will coordinate internal departments and external partners to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Project controlling: You will monitor project scope, specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Customer support: You will serve as the primary point of contact for our national and international clients, providing expert guidance throughout every phase of the project.
• Solution-oriented approach: You identify challenges early, find pragmatic solutions, and maintain a clear overview even on complex projects.

You should bring that with you

• A degree in business administration or engineering, a technician certification (e.g., in electrical or energy engineering), or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of solid experience in project management.
• Professional experience in mechanical and plant engineering, ideally in the manufacturing of power generation systems, is an advantage.
• Customer focus: You impress with a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of our customers' needs.
• Personal strengths: You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your tasks. You are reliable, organized, a team player, and flexible.
• Quality awareness: You hold your work to high standards and maintain an eye for detail, even on demanding projects.
• Language skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• You are proficient in standard MS Office applications and ideally have experience with ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel: You are prepared to support our customers and projects on-site when needed. You hold a valid Class B driver's license.
