Job summary

Reflexallen Group in Germany is seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Electrical Connectors to drive customer projects from RFQ through successful series launch. You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Design, Quality, Manufacturing and Sales to align technical requirements and ensure on-time execution.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of project management experience, preferably in automotive, and hands-on knowledge of electrical or electromechanical components.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Experience in developing technical products, preferably electrical or electromechanical components.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes, ideally including IATF 16949.
• Business fluent German and very good English language skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills.
