Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support implementations across the UK, Canada, North America, and Australia for Payscale’s compensation management software
• Lead, manage, and motivate teams across multiple geographic locations
• Communicate project progress and take accountability for delivery
• Develop and maintain end-to-end project plans meeting scope, timeline, budget, and quality criteria
• Provide timely, precise, accurate, and comprehensive project management information
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies throughout projects
• Create and execute mitigation plans, taking ownership or escalating as appropriate
• Promote continuous improvement on projects
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify new improvements
• Participate in the project management community, team sessions, and central improvement initiatives
• Share best practices and lessons learned
