Job summary

Infineon Technologies Dresden AG & Co. KG is seeking a senior professional to lead infrastructure and Facility Management projects at our high-tech site.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and sustainability goals. Fluent German and English are required, and you will work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and external partners.

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Process Eng., Building Services, Mechanical, Facility Mgmt, Civil Eng.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience planning and managing complex infrastructure, construction, or Facility Management projects
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of modern PM practices and collaboration platforms like ACC or MS Project
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and Facility Management projects through full lifecycle
• Ensure objectives regarding schedule, quality, cost, and sustainability
• Develop and implement project strategies and manage risks and opportunities
• Own planning, budgeting, reporting and cost control activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external consultants/contractors/services
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Facility Management, Engineering and other functions
• Apply modern PM methods and digital delivery tools to improve efficiency

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead infrastructure and Facility Management projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure the successful achievement of project objectives with regard to schedule, quality, cost, and sustainability
• Develop and implement project strategies while proactively managing project risks and opportunities
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, reporting, and cost control activities
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams as well as external engineering consultants, contractors, and service providers
• Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across Manufacturing, Facility Management, Engineering, and other business functions
• Utilize modern project management methodologies and digital project delivery tools to drive efficiency and project success

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in planning and managing complex infrastructure, construction, or Facility Management projects
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Solid expertise in project management practices and the use of modern project management and collaboration platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Microsoft Project, or comparable tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
