Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a seasoned Lead Data Migration Project Manager in Germany to drive end-to-end data migration initiatives for financial services clients. You will plan, execute, and coordinate complex migrations, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and IT teams to define requirements, develop risk-managed plans, and oversee validation and testing. Strong communication and governance expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience focused on data migration projects in financial services.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and data governance principles.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
