Amundi, a leading European asset manager, seeks a Head of Project Management (f/m/d) to lead the PMO and project delivery function within Alto Wealth & Distribution Professional Services. You will manage a team of 10 PMs and 2 PMO professionals, ensuring flawless delivery across the portfolio.

You will own governance, reporting, and continuous improvement, applying modern delivery practices and AI tooling to elevate outcomes for high-impact projects in a complex financial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of wealth management processes and trade lifecycle.
• Experience leading large project portfolios in financial services.

Bringing 10+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in financial services, wealth or asset management, and IT, makes you a great fit for this role. Solid leadership experience and a proven track record in managing complex project portfolios and implementation projects are part of your profile.

Required skills

A strong understanding of wealth management processes, trade lifecycle, data flows and middle‑office operations helps you navigate complex delivery environments with confidence. You know how to work with senior stakeholders and bring hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence. Clear communication, strategic thinking and a hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset set you apart.
