Job summary

Ruegamer & Steiner is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee CRM and email marketing campaigns for our online-shop clients from Düsseldorf. You’ll orchestrate briefs, schedules and cross‑functional collaboration to keep campaigns on track.

With at least three years in project management and marketing, you’ll coordinate design and copy teams, manage tickets in ClickUp, and ensure clear, timely communication with clients.

You bring clients, briefings and the team together. At Rügamer & Steiner, you’ll manage CRM and email marketing projects for online shops - drawing on your experience in project management and marketing.

Location: Düsseldorf | Employment: Full-time | Salary: €6,000-10,000 per month

You will oversee the operational implementation of our email marketing campaigns and automations. With clear briefings and a reliable schedule, you will keep the team on track.

Operational and technical implementation

You will oversee the implementation of CRM and email campaigns and resolve technical and organisational issues in a pragmatic manner.

Managing tickets and customer enquiries

You will log tasks and customer enquiries as tickets, follow them up and provide a prompt initial response.

Coordinating teams and approvals

You will brief the design and copy teams, set deadlines and oversee the revision process right through to final approval - for example, in ClickUp.

You’ll bring experience to this role. At least three years’ experience in project management and marketing is essential. We’ll build on that together.
