Matrix42 GmbH in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own customer projects in the German market, delivering with high customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive agile improvements while maintaining strong relationships and budget oversight.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage projects independently with high ownership.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English (mandatory); Finnish and Swedish are a bonus.
• Experience with PM frameworks (IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).

Your mission

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing IT environment? In this role, you will take full ownership of customer projects, especially within the German market and ensuring successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to improving ways of working and agile practices

Your profile

Must-haves:

• Several years (approx. 5+ years) of experience in IT project management
• Proven e xperience working in a SaaS environment
• Strong ability to manage projects independently with high ownership
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent German and English (mandatory), Finnish and Swedish is a bonus
• Experience working with common PM frameworks ( e.g. IPMA, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar)

Nice to have:

• Experience in Service Management or Identity Management environments
• Familiarity with agile ways of working and process improvement
