Soben, part of Accenture, seeks a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join its Data Centre team in Frankfurt, Germany. You will lead delivery of MEP packages from design through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring technical excellence for large-scale data centre developments across Europe.

Candidates based in Germany (or willing to relocate) and fluent in German are preferred to manage local stakeholders and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• A degree or professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (essential).
• Proven experience delivering MEP packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems within complex builds.
• Experience in a client-facing project management or consultancy role.
• A thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning and handover.
• Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience supporting procurement and managing contractors within the construction environment.
• Ideally chartered status (or working towards it).
• Fluency in German (preferred) and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ensuring accurate and timely project reporting, including progress updates and technical reviews.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a client-facing role supporting the delivery of large-scale, ground-up data centre developments for leading global technology clients across Europe.

You will be responsible for managing project delivery from early-stage design through to commissioning, with a strong focus on MEP systems and technical excellence.

Candidates must be based in Germany (or willing to relocate) and ideally be fluent in German to effectively manage local stakeholders and contractors.
