Responsibilities

• Возглавлять требовательные внедрения для ключевых клиентов через эффективное управление проектами.
• Определять и формировать оптимальное использование shyftplan у клиентов, включая интеграцию в существующие ландшафты.
• Проводить рабочие сессии в фазе внедрения для ключевых пользователей и проектных команд, самостоятельно и с коллегами.
• Разрабатывать собственные решения на базе ИИ и внутренние инструменты для повышения эффективности onboarding.

shyftplan is the all-in-one shift planning solution for industrial customers. Our software simplifies complex workforce planning, reduces costs, and actively involves employees. We work with renowned industrial companies such as B. Braun, Omterra, and Haribo, and aim to become the market leader in Germany. With our investor Maguar, which specializes in B2B software and has €600 million in AUM, and the recent acquisition of ScableOne, we are expanding our scope considerably: we are building an end-to-end platform for people in factories, covering workforce management, shopfloor execution, skills development, and strategic workforce planning. To help shape this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager:

• Lead demanding rollouts for top customers through decisive and collaborative project management.


• Identify and shape the optimal use of shyftplan together with our customers, including integration into existing system landscapes.


• Lead workshops during the onboarding phase for key users and project teams, both independently and with colleagues.


• Help develop your own AI-based solutions and internal tooling to make our onboarding processes technologically leading and highly efficient.

• You have completed a degree, ideally in business, computer science, or a STEM subject.


• You have relevant project management experience (e.g. in consulting, a corporate environment, or an agency).


• You communicate confidently and clearly with customers.


• You enjoy working in a team and are open to discussion and feedback.

• You think analytically, make pragmatic decisions, and take a hands-on approach.


• You are willing to travel occasionally for customer appointments.


• You have native-level German and fluent English for everyday work (B2/C1).
