MAM Gruppe is seeking a professional to lead ongoing improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the group. You will drive standardisation, data integrity, and compliance while partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

In this role you will own process transformations, reduce manual work, advance automation, and guide cross-entity projects from ideation to rollout, ensuring alignment with global finance policies.

• Strong organisational skills, with a hands on, results-driven approach.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organisations is preferred.

• Identify process gaps and inconsistencies, analyse root causes, and drive best-practice solutions.
• Advance automation and digitalisation of reporting processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment through discussions and presentations on new features and functionality.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, partnering with digital teams on system and infrastructure implementation.
• Lead projects to roll out best practices to shared service centres and support wider integration initiatives.
