STRATO Personal GmbH is seeking a Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) to support Airbus Defence and Space projects. You will act as the interface between Development and Deployment, ensuring collaboration and timely delivery of PMTD solutions, while coordinating end-to-end deployment activities and training programs.

Your responsibilities include managing the training portfolio, validating deployment strategies, and ensuring compliance with Air Power processes and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Professional experience in Change Management and Project Management.
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and Google Workspace.

• Act as the interface between Development and Change Operational Deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration and contributing to the on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end deployment activities, including training sessions, training paths, integrated training plans, forecasting, and resource planning
• Manage the training portfolio, validate deployment strategies, and ensure all solutions comply with Air Power processes, security requirements, and applicable regulations
• Drive deployment communications, maintain reporting and scheduling tools, manage trainee feedback, and continuously improve deployment and training effectiveness
• Collaborate with deployment and multifunctional teams, contribute to change impact analyses, and support transversal Change Operational Deployment activities
