Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Frankfurt is seeking a Project Director (m/f/d) for major Data Centre construction projects. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team and serve as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget while upholding quality, safety and sustainability standards.

The role requires a university degree in a construction-related field, 5+ years delivering major data centre projects, and senior roles such as Project Director or Construction

Qualifications

• University degree in a construction related field.
• Extensive experience delivering major projects and/or programmes, at least 5 years experiences in the Data Centre Sector.
• Experience to include Project Director, Construction Director within a PMC, EPCM, Construction Management Environment or as a General Contractor.
• Understanding of project management and project controls methodology.
• Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated and hands-on team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential, ability to communicate well with clients and senior management.
• Fluent language skills in German and English are required.
• Willingness to work on site (min. 3 days a week).

We are currently seeking aProject Director (m/f/d)for major Data Centre construction projects in Frankfurt. In this role, you will act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that our client objectives are not only met, but exceeded wherever possible and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate high level of quality, sustainability, and safety standards.

In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive performance through design development, permitting and approvals, procurement and ultimately construction.
