Job summary

NorthC Group in Frankfurt seeks a Cost Controller to oversee project costing across infrastructure, construction and engineering ventures. You will ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while supporting governance and month-end closures.

You will collaborate with project leaders and finance colleagues, identify deviations, and provide actionable risk mitigation, benefiting from a hybrid work setup and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Cost Controller or Project Controller role.
• Experience within infrastructure development, construction, engineering, or other project-based environments strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting projects across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to identify financial risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
