Zusammenfassung

KLIFOVET GmbH, Teil der Argenta Group, in München sucht eine/n Projektassistent/in. Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Planung und Durchführung klinischer Studien, beschaffen Material und Bürobedarf und helfen beim Versand sowie der Datenpflege.

Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und teamorientiert, verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine pharmazeutische/medizinische Ausbildung, gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder pharmazeutische/medizinische Ausbildung.
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
• Gutes Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich.
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Projektleiter bei Vorbereitung und Durchführung klinischer Studien
• Beschaffung von Studienmaterialien und Bürobedarf
• Unterstützung der Abteilungen im Versand und Logistikbereich
• Datenpflege und Datensammlung unterstützen
• Dokumentation und Archivierung von Studienunterlagen
• Etiketten, Abgabe und Verwaltung von Studienmedikamenten
• Erstkontakt für Kunden und Dienstleister vor Ort und telefonisch
• Allgemeine Büroarbeiten und Unterstützung interner Abläufe

About the role

The commercial project assistant role is a great opportunity to gain development within a dynamic and diverse team. Some of the key tasks you will be involved with are:

• Supporting project managers in the preparation and execution of clinical trials
• Procurement of study materials and office supplies
• Support of the departments in the area of shipping and logistics
• Support for data maintenance and data collection
• Documentation and archiving of study documents
• Labelling, dispensing, and administration of study medication
• First point of contact for customers and service providers on site and by telephone
• General office activities and support of in-house administrative processes

Experience and key skills

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or an apprenticeship in the pharmaceutical/medical field
• Solid knowledge in the use of MS Office programs
• Interest and curiosity to familiarize yourself with new tasks and areas of knowledge
• Independent, reliable and bring structure to your tasks
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal, other foreign language skills are an advantage
• Customer-oriented, confident and positive appearance as well as open to having fun working in a team
