The position requires a university degree and 8+ years of international program experience, with strong stakeholder management, English fluency, and desirable German language skills.

• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
• Strong expertise in program governance, organizational change and implementation management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with PPWR, CPR, DWD or comparable regulatory transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
