Sika is a specialty chemicals company with a global leadership position in bonding, sealing, damping and protection solutions for building and industrial manufacturing. The Program Manager – Regulatory Programs & Capability Development will drive global regulatory transformation projects within the EHSQ domain, translating regulatory requirements into scalable operating models and roadmaps.

The role involves coordinating stakeholders across regions and senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery

Qualifikationen

• University degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international program, project or transformation management.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization.
• Strong expertise in program governance, organizational change and implementation management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Experience with PPWR, CPR, DWD or comparable regulatory transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
