Zusammenfassung

French Consulting in Wiesbaden, Germany seeks a Program Manager- Europe to lead cross‑functional initiatives across healthcare and social services. You will coordinate vendor relations, support program development, and supervise staff in a DoD/military community context.

The role starts in October 2026 and is full‑time in Wiesbaden. A background in nursing, social work, or family therapy, plus PM experience, is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree: BSN recognized by ACEN or CCNE; or MSW from CSWE; or MFT Master’s degree.
  • Education: Graduate from ACEN/CCNE or CSWE accredited programs or as MFT.
  • Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice as RN, LCSW, or MFT (as applicable).
  • Experience: Five years of direct Program Manager experience in child abuse prevention or family services.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or a Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE); or a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a university accredited by the National Council on Social Work Education (CSWE); or a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT).
  • Education:Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or from a fully accredited college or university as a Marriage and Family Therapists, or as otherwise identified in the TO.
  • Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist. Licensed registered nurse, clinical social worker, or marriage and family therapist. A registered nurse shall have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited U.S. education institution and a current U.S. unrestricted license in nursing from one of the 50 states, the district of Columbia, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands; or a Master’s level Social Worker (MSW) from a university accredited by the National Council on Social Work Education with a current license to practice independently in their state of licensure. PMs are also eligible if they are a Master’s level Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT). MSW and MFT Licenses must be from one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • Experience: Previous Program Manager experience desired. Minimum of five years of direct experience in child abuse prevention and/or family and children’s services, dysfunctional couples, families experiencing stress, violent, hostile individual clients, parenting programs, or related areas.

Other experience as required to meet clinical competency requirements as specified in the service‑specific credentialing instruction.

DUTIES:
Core Duties:
  • Supports our existing programs to include the Family Advocacy Programs (FAP), the Human Performance Optimization programs, Augmented Lab Services programs, Patient Liaison Officer programs, and the Home Visitor program for expectant and new parents (note this is a non‑exhaustive list).
  • Serve as “Vendor Representative” in the European Contractor Online Processing System (ECOPS) system and assist applicants in their completion of ECOPS applications.
  • Support incoming applicants who are required to submit information for background checks.
  • Provide clinical level administrative supervision and training.
  • Provide clinical administrative supervision, training, and interface with the COR to resolve any issues related to employee performance.
  • Provide in‑processing training to newly hired employees.
  • Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other Government agencies for services.
  • Independently assess the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their family members and formulate and implement a treatment plan, identifying the patient’s problems, strengths, weaknesses, coping skills and assistance needed, in collaboration with the patient, family and interdisciplinary treatment team.
  • Independently provide counselling and/or psychotherapy services to individuals, groups, couples, and families. Must practice within the bounds of the license or certification.
  • Provide consultation services to other staff about the psychosocial needs of patients and the impact of psychosocial problems on health care and compliance with treatment.
  • Participate in professional peer review case conferences, research studies, or other organizations required at the Garrison.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of family growth and strengths, stages of child development, and the emotional needs and stresses of deployment, separation, homecoming, and reunion.
  • Provide and establish a clear and productive learning environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to use tact and sensitivity while establishing a clear and productive learning environment.
  • Use computer software and automation systems.
  • Perform assessments, interviews, teaches, trains, implements prevention programs in a military/DoD community.
  • Coordinate annual training for employees and others as directed.
  • Liaison with government counterparts as required.
  • Provide updates on hiring actions for vacant positions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
