Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Program Analyst to provide advanced analytical and program management support for complex initiatives in Germany. You will lead evaluations, manage deliverables, monitor performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

The role requires strong data analysis, communication, and writing skills, with experience in PM tools and BI platforms. You will mentor junior colleagues and contribute to planning efforts. German market knowledge is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python for data analysis)
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
• Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, or ROI evaluations
• Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or managing small projects independently
• Strong technical writing skills for developing program documentation, proposals, and reports
