ARX Robotics seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable output, high quality, and smooth coordination with planning, quality and logistics.

You will lead a production team in a fast-growing environment, driving continuous improvements, safety, and efficient workflows on the shop floor. Fluent German and English are required, with a hands-on leadership mindset.

About the Role

At ARX Robotics, production is where advanced engineering becomes real-world capability. As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring reliable output, high-quality standards, and smooth coordination across teams.

You will lead a production team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where precision, accountability, and collaboration directly impact delivery performance. Working closely with planning, quality, and logistics, you will help ensure that production runs efficiently and scales with the company’s growth.

What You’ll Build

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities
• Ensure production output targets are met in line with planning and operational priorities
• Lead, coordinate, and support the production team in day-to-day activities
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with planning, quality, and logistics teams to align production flow and priorities
• Support capacity planning and contribute to scaling production capabilities
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to maintain efficient workflows
• Drive continuous improvements in production processes, efficiency, and quality
• Foster a structured, safe, and high-performing production environment

What You Bring

• Strong fluency in both German and English
• Experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations within a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate production teams on the shop floor
• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow optimization, and output planning
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as planning, quality, and logistics
• Awareness of compliance, safety, and operational standards in production environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
• Ability to manage priorities and ensure reliable execution under time constraints
• A proactive approach to improving efficiency and operational performance
• Experience supporting capacity planning or production scaling is a plus
